Thanks for shopping with EverActive Gear. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, track, and handle orders.
1. Processing Time
● Order processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
● High volume / peak seasons: During sale periods or holidays processing may take up to 5 business days.
● Processing time is separate from transit time. You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use a mix of regional carriers and international mail services depending on destination and item availability. Transit times below are estimates after processing is complete:
● Canada (Express): 1–2 business days
● Canada (Standard): 3–9 business days
● United States (Express): 2–3 business days
● United States (Standard): 4–8 business days
● International (Express): 4–7 business days
● International (Standard): 6–10 business days
● International (Economy): 20–60 business days
Warehouse Shipping Methods
● TDPacket Ordinary: 6–9 business days
● TDPacket Electro: 7–12 business days
● TDPacket Sensitive: 12–18 business days
Note: Some items may ship from our suppliers/partner warehouses, which can affect transit times.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
● Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.
● Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $60.
● Expedited services available at checkout for an additional fee.
4. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
● Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
● Customs processing may add extra time to delivery. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees.
5. Order Tracking
● When your order ships we’ll email a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number (when available).
● Tracking availability depends on the carrier and shipping method — some international economy shipments may have limited tracking once they leave the origin country.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
● If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first; then contact us at everactivegear@mail.com.
● If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can open a claim with the carrier and start resolution. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
● Need to change shipping address or cancel an order? Contact everactivegear@mail.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate requests within 24 hours of order placement while the order is still in processing.
● If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the shipping address — we’ll advise next steps depending on carrier options.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
● Our returns and refunds policy is separate but related to shipping. If you need to return an item, follow the instructions on our Returns page or contact support.
● Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.). For exchanges, shipping fees for the replacement may apply.
9. Shipping Restrictions
● We do not ship to P.O. boxes for some expedited courier services — if you enter a P.O. box and choose an expedited option at checkout, we may change the shipping method to a postal service or contact you for a physical address.
● Some items may be restricted in certain countries; items cannot be shipped to restricted destinations per carrier or export rules.
10. Tips To Avoid Delivery Problems
● Double-check your shipping address at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers).
● If you live in a secure building, consider a delivery instruction (e.g., leave with concierge).
● Use a work address if your home delivery is unreliable.
